I am really trying to get rid of this stubborn belly fat, and I keep hearing that Surya Namaskar might help. I mean, I love how it looks and it seems like a complete workout, but I’m kinda skeptical! A friend told me that if I do it regularly, it can definitely contribute to weight loss. But honestly, will Surya Namaskar reduce belly fat as much as people say?
