I am struggling with my weight and it’s been really frustrating lately. Like, I tried counting calories, but it’s super tedious and I always end up sneaking snacks, seriously! A few months ago, I decided to change my routine because I heard about how to lose weight fast naturally and permanently. I started by cutting out soda and junk food, and for a while, I was feeling good but then the scale didn’t budge! I've done some home workouts too, but let me tell you, after a long day at work, motivation is hard to find! I even tried a popular herbal tea that claims to help with weight loss, but not much happened there either and now I'm wondering if it was just a waste of money. My friend mentioned intermittent fasting, but I’m kinda sceptical, like, does that really work without making me feel deprived? What do u guys think about all of this? Are there really simple, natural things that can help me? I really want to know how to lose weight fast naturally and permanently without starving or feeling miserable. Any tips or tricks from your personal experiences would be amazing! I feel like I need a strategy that I can stick with long-term.
