I am super curious about cumin and what is cumin used for in general. A couple of months ago, I read somewhere that it has some health benefits but didn’t pay much attention then. Now, I've been feeling kinda bloated and sluggish, and I started trying to make some changes to my diet, you know? I stumbled upon recipes that called for cumin, like, almost everywhere. I even tried a couple of Indian dishes, which were great! Got me thinking, what is cumin used for really besides just flavoring food?
