I am really curious about the side effects of eating curd daily because, honestly, I’ve been trying to incorporate more health foods into my diet. My grandmother always said curd is good for digestion, and I’ve noticed it makes me feel lighter after meals. But then, I’ve heard some people mention potential side effects of eating curd daily, like bloating or even worsening lactose intolerance symptoms. I’m not lactose intolerant that I know of, but sometimes I feel a lil off after having dairy, and I wonder if it’s just me or could it actually be related to those supposed side effects of eating curd daily?
