I am really struggling with this ongoing fatigue and some skin issues, and I've been hearing a lot about the best body detox methods. A friend mentioned she felt amazing after her detox, but I’m skeptical. I tried a juice cleanse last month, and honestly, it was tough. I barely made it two days. I just don’t know what’s truly the best body detox approach. I've read online about detox teas and baths, but do they really work? I mean, I drink water and try to eat healthily, but maybe my body just needs more help? Like, what if I’m not doing it right?
