I am really trying to figure out how yoga helps in weight loss because I've been on this weight loss journey for like a few months now and honestly, it’s been super frustrating. I started doing yoga three times a week, hoping that how yoga helps in weight loss would become more clear to me. My friend swears by it and says that she dropped a ton of pounds just by incorporating yoga into her routine, but I feel like I'm not seeing the same results. There’s this one class I go to that focuses on breathing and stretching, which I thought would really help but sometimes I feel like I'm just not pushing myself enough. How does the relaxation part fit into how yoga helps in weight loss? I mean, shouldn’t I feel like I’m working harder to see those pounds drop? I checked my diet and tried to eat cleaner too but honestly, sometimes the scale doesn’t budge. Am I missing something?
