I am really confused about curd advantages and disadvantages. For most of my life, I thought curd was just a yummy addition to my meals, like on biryani or with chapati, you know? Last week, my friend who’s super into healthy eating told me that curd has tons of health benefits, which kind of shocked me. I mean, I've been eating it for years, but I had no idea there were this many curd advantages, like gut health or protein. But then she also mentioned some disadvantages of curd that made me a bit worried, like how some people can be lactose intolerant or might face digestive issues from it. I’ve been feeling bloated lately, and I typically eat curd almost daily, like with my breakfast and dinner. I'm not sure if the curd’s the cause or if it’s just my gut being weird.
