I am really curious about the abc smoothie benefits. Been hearing a lot about it lately! Last week, I tried making one since a friend swore it helped her with better digestion and tons of energy. I blended apples, bananas, and carrots – what’s not to love, right? But honestly, after drinking it for a few days, I can't tell if I'm feeling any different.
