advantages of eating curd - #28545
I am feeling really confused about my diet lately, especially when I hear about the advantages of eating curd. For the past month, I've been trying to incorporate more healthy foods into my meals, and I read somewhere that curd can help with digestion and even boost immunity. But honestly, I’m not sure how true that is? I usually get bloated after eating certain dairy products, and that makes me second guess if curd is good for me or not. A friend suggested I switch to curd instead of milk, saying that it has lots of advantages of eating curd, like probiotics and stuff, which are great for gut health. But what if I still feel uncomfortable after eating it? I tried plain curd with fruits, thinking it might help, but some days it just tastes weird to me. Is there any specific way to include curd in my diet that'll help me see the advantages of eating curd without feeling crummy afterward? Also, how much curd should I be consuming to actually feel these advantages of eating curd, if they exist at all? Would love some insights, really don't wanna mess up my nutrition game!
