can we drink abc juice daily

Anya

I am really curious about this ABC juice thing cause I've recently read a lot of benefits tied to it. I started drinking it about a month ago after my friend told me it helped her with her energy levels and digestion. At first, I thought it wouldn’t really make much of a difference, but honestly, I’ve been feeling a bit more energized! I mix apple, beetroot, and carrot together and it taste kinda good, even tho I was kinda worried about the beetroot turning my pee red, which it did! 😅 But now I wanna know, can we drink ABC juice daily without any issues? I read somewhere that too much of a good thing can be bad, like with carrots turning your skin orange, and I don’t need that! My dad has a history of kidney stones, and I just wanna be cautious with the beetroot in the juice. Am I overthinking this?? 🤔 I mean, it feels great drinking it, but can we drink ABC juice daily for a long time? I just need a little assurance from some doctors about this! Also, are there any side effects I should be concerned about? Thanks for any advice!

Drinking ABC juice daily can be a healthy addition to your routine, as its components offer a range of vitamins and antioxidants that can boost overall wellbeing. The apple, beetroot, and carrot blend packs a variety of nutrients like vitamin C, beta-carotene, and folate. However, moderation is key. You’ve rightly pointed out that excessive consumption can have downsides. With carrots, it’s possible to develop carotenemia, which gives a yellowish tint to the skin, although you would need to consume large quantities over time for this to occur. As for beetroot, it’s true that noticeable red urine, known as beeturia, can happen but generally it’s harmless. The more pressing concern, given your family history, is oxalates in beetroot potentially contributing to kidney stone formation in susceptible individuals. It’s prudent to keep an eye on the dietary intake of oxalate sources if you’re predisposed. You might consider moderating beetroot consumption, perhaps preparing the juice a few times a week instead of daily. Also, staying well-hydrated helps minimize risk via kidney stone formation. Besides, consider a varied diet that complements the nutrients found in ABC juice with those from other foods. As always, if you notice any symptoms or side effects — like skin discoloration or digestive discomfort — it would be wise to consult with a healthcare provider. They can provide guidance tailored to your personal health profile, assuring you further on how to safely enjoy your ABC juice.
