I am struggling with this stubborn belly fat that just won't budge. I've tried all sorts of diets and workout plans, but nothing seems to work! I've been reading about belly fat massage benefits, and honestly, I'm curious but skeptical. Like, do they actually help reduce waist size? Last week, I went for a session with a therapist who specializes in this kind of massage, and I felt so relaxed afterwards, but I’m not sure if it really did anything for the fat. I don’t know, I left feeling lighter but I think it was just the effect of the massage. I’ve heard some people say that regular sessions can lead to a flatter stomach, but how many sessions would I need to see real progress? I read somehwere that it can help with bloating too, which I totally have after eatting certain foods. Like, could belly fat massage benefits really help with that? I mean, I'm all for trying things that might actually work, but is it realistic to think this is gonna make a significant difference?
