I am feeling really confused about the whole banana benefits for women thing. Like, I always thought bananas were just a snack but then I read somewhere that they can be really good for women! I mean, last week, I started getting these cramps, and a friend suggested I eat more bananas since they’re supposed to help with mood swings and stuff. But, are banana benefits for women really that significant? I tried to incorporate them into my diet more, but I don't feel any different yet! I read that the potassium in bananas can help with bloating too, which I totally need since I get that around my cycle. And then there's that whole fiber thing that people rave about, saying it aids digestion, which sounds great but like, how much do I need to eat to actually see banana benefits for women? Is it just one banana a day? Or do I need to eat a bunch? I feel kinda silly asking, but I just don’t want to miss out on something that could really help me, ya know?
