What causes blood in semen and urine after masturbation in a 20-year-old male? - #29816
20 M here. Approximately 5 foot 9, around 155 lbs. Smoke cigarettes from time to time and vape. Day before yesterday I was masturbating and when I ejaculated my semen was bloody. I had masturbated excessively for a few days prior to this and my penis was sore but I pushed through the pain anyway. The next two times I masturbated after that, there was blood in my semen again. A little while ago I urinated and there was some blood in my urine. My penis feels sore and a little painful when I get an erection, and my urethra sometimes stings a little bit. Is this just an injury from masturbating very hard? I had a laser hemorrhoidopexy a couple of weeks ago and am currently healing from that. There was no blood in my semen or urine prior to Monday though. I took metronidazole, Diclofenac potassium, Ciprofloxacin, and Serratiopeptidase after the surgery for about 9-10 days. Then I took tramadol twice but stopped (it was very unnecessary). Kept taking the Diclofenac for a while but don't really need it anymore.
