What is causing my puffy nipples and lumps in my chest at 17, and will it go away on its own?
I'm a 17 year old male and i've had puffy nipples for quite some time now (about 2 years). In certain spots of my chest i feel hard lumps and they hurt a little if i squeeze, my nipples become normal sized when cold, under exercise or by pressing them, i need to know what's wrong and what to do next: Whether it's gynocomastia or pseudogynocomastia, if it'll go away on its own or maybe i should start a cure.
