Hello dear Please be aware See as per clinical history it seems phimosis is due to either due to trauma, injury or inflammation of the glance area ( also called balanaphitis). One could be physiological at birth that subsides by 3-4 years. However there are following treatment options Stretching exercises including kegel exercises and asan - vajra Ointment like cortisone ( on recommendation only) Circumcision ( surgery) which is the last option I suggest you to please go for stretching exercises and observe for 3-4 months. In case of no improvement, then go for surgery only after in person consultation with gynacolologist or sexologist Hope i clear with your doubts Regards

Phimosis is a condition where the foreskin of the penis cannot be easily retracted or pulled back. This is a common issue and can sometimes cause discomfort or problems during intercourse if the foreskin is too tight. It can lead to pain, difficulty maintaining hygiene, or even increase the risk of infections. One approach to managing phimosis is to gently and regularly stretch the foreskin. You might try applying a topical steroid cream, which can help reduce inflammation and make the skin more flexible, usually recommended by a healthcare provider. If stretching at home doesn’t help and the problem persists, or if you experience repeated infections or severe discomfort, it’s essential to consult a healthcare professional. They might discuss other treatments, such as a minor surgical procedure known as circumcision or preputioplasty, which can relieve symptoms. It’s important not to force the foreskin back, as this can lead to tearing or scarring, worsening the condition. While some home remedies circulate, like using various oils or mechanical stretching devices, these are often not recommended by medical professionals due to safety concerns. Maintaining good hygiene is also crucial; retract the foreskin gently (as much as possible without pain) to clean beneath it with mild soap and water. It’s a good practice to avoid irritants like harsh soaps or disinfectants. Keep in mind that real improvement often requires consistent efforts over time. However, if you notice severe symptoms such as swelling, pain, or the inability to urinate properly, immediate medical attention is needed. Phimosis is a manageable condition, yet individual cases vary, so a tailored approach advised by a professional is typically the best course of action.
