I am really curious about how much calories in makhana, like, I've been trying to eat healthier lately. I started snacking on makhana instead of chips because I thought it’d be a better option. The other day, I had a handful while watching TV and felt great about my choice! But then, I started to wonder, how much calories in makhana am I actually consuming?
