I am trying to figure out if can we eat ghee and lemon together. Last week, I went to this wellness retreat, and everyone was raving about this combo, saying it was super healthy and great for digestion. Well, I tried it for breakfast—just a spoonful of ghee mixed with some lemon juice on toast. But after a few hours, I ended up feeling kinda queasy and not at my best. I mean, does that happen to everyone? I thought ghee was good for you, really! I also read somewhere that can we eat ghee and lemon together can boost weight loss or something, but my stomach didn't seem to agree. I also noticed my friend had the same thing, but she felt fine. Could it be just me or is there some science behind this? Like maybe it's too much fat for one meal or could they not work well together? I’ve tried different healthy combos before but never something like this! Could it be my body just not adjusting or is there something more? Any thoughts would be super appreciated!
