what happens if we eat soya chunks daily - #23496

Myra

I am really curious what happens if we eat soya chunks daily because I've been including them in my diet a lot lately. A few weeks ago, I decided to switch up my meals, and somebody suggested I try soya chunks as a meat alternative. I thought, why not, they’re supposed to be really healthy! But now, I've started having them almost everyday. At first, I felt pretty good, lots more energy, you know? But then, I started experiencing some bloating and sort of weird stomach noises. I’m not exactly sure if it’s from the soya chunks, but it seems like a lot of fiber and protein is just, ya know, working its way through. I have read some articles about what happens if we eat soya chunks daily, mentioning benefits like improving heart health and cutting cholesterol, but also things about potential thyroid issues or digestive problems if overconsumed. I’m starting to worry! Like, am I messing with my hormones? I’m eating a balanced diet overall, but I really wanna know if having soya chunks daily is a good idea or if it's gonna lead to some problems down the road? Should I cut back? Or is this just a normal response? Any advice from someone who knows what happens if we eat soya chunks daily would be super appreciated!
