I am really curious about what happens if we drink pineapple juice daily. I’ve loved pineapple juice since I was a kid, and recently, I heard some buzz about its health benefits. Like, a full cup, and it’s sooo refreshing. I thought I was doin something good, ya know? But I've noticed a bit of an upset stomach the past few days, which has me really wondering. What happens if we drink pineapple juice daily? I mean, is it gonna mess with my stomach long-term or something? I read somewhere that the acidity might cause issues for some people. Also, I’ve read it’s good for digestion because of bromelain or whatever, so is that all true? I don’t want to end up with more problems than benefits!
