Or should I just take it straight? Like, is there a best time of day to drink it? The label says 30ml daily, but I’m unsure if that is too much or too little. Also, I've heard people saying it should be consumed in the morning on an empty stomach? Does that even matter? What if I forget or it doesn’t suit my routine? Can I just add it to a smoothie or something? I feel like I need some solid guidance on how to consume amla juice without totally ruining my mornings.
