I am feeling kinda lost here. Last month, my best friend was raving about the health benefits of amla juice, and I finally decided to give it a try myself. Honestly, I was kind of skeptical at first but after reading about its antioxidant properties and all I thought maybe it could help with my digestion issues. But now I find myself wondering how to consume amla juice the right way. I bought this big bottle of amla juice but the taste is really strong and kinda sour. Do I mix it with water? Or should I just take it straight? Like, is there a best time of day to drink it? The label says 30ml daily, but I’m unsure if that is too much or too little. Also, I've heard people saying it should be consumed in the morning on an empty stomach? Does that even matter? What if I forget or it doesn’t suit my routine? Can I just add it to a smoothie or something? I feel like I need some solid guidance on how to consume amla juice without totally ruining my mornings. Anyone out there who can help me figure this out? Thanks!
