can i eat 100g soya chunks daily - #23720
I am really trying to figure out if I can eat 100g soya chunks daily without messing up my health. A couple months ago, I went plant-based because my doc told me my cholesterol was getting high. Soya chunks sounded like a great protein source, and I started adding them to my meals. But now, I’m kind of curious if this is too much? Like, I read somewhere that they are high in protein and all, but can I eat 100g soya chunks daily without any issues? Sometimes, I feel a bit bloated after meals with them, but I thought it was just me getting used to a new diet or something. I also read mixed stuff online. Some say it's great for muscle repair, while others mention possible hormonal effects—confusing! I mean, I do enjoy the taste and the texture they add to my dishes, plus they’re so easy to prepare. But, should I be cautious? I guess I am worried about having too much of a good thing… Can I eat 100g soya chunks daily, or should I cut back? What do you all think about that?
