I am feeling kinda miserable lately, got this nasty cold that just won’t let go. I'm all stuffy, sneezing, and my throat feels like sandpaper. Ugh. I've been trying to take care of myself with soups and herbal teas but I keep hearing that juice can help too. I mean, I’ve heard that vitamin C is supposed to be good, right? But which fresh juice is good for cold specifically? Like, is there something particular I should be drinking? The other day, I had this fresh orange juice, and it tasted awesome, but I don't know if it's actually helping or if it's just making me feel better because of the taste. I've also tried some carrot and ginger juice, but I wonder if there’s anything stronger that can really kick this cold to the curb. I’ve seen people say things about lemon and honey but which fresh juice is good for cold symptoms? Am I just overthinking this and should stick to what feels good, or do you guys have any magic recipes you swear by? I really want to feel better soon, any advise would be appreciated!
