I’ve been adding it to my morning routine for about three weeks now and I wanted to know — does lemon water help you lose weight for real? Like, I haven’t changed much else besides this. I mean, I still have my cravings and occasionally snack on chips after dinner (probably not the best choice!). But some days I feel like, wow, am I actually losing some inches or is it all in my head? I’ve read mixed reviews online. Some say yes, it’s fantastic, while others are like, nah, it’s just a fad.
