I am really confused about how to use gond katira, and honestly, I’m kind of worried. A few weeks ago, I was at this health food shop, and the lady there raved about the benefits of gond katira for digestion and skin! I thought, why not give it a shot? But every time I look up how to use gond katira, I find different advice. Some say soak it overnight and then mix it in water, while others say you can make it into a paste. I tried soaking it, but it didn’t dissolve very well and kinda just ended up being this sticky blob. Then I read somewhere that you can add it to smoothies?? I made one with it but couldn't really taste it, and I’m not sure I got the benefits. Also, I’m…uh, not great at cooking, so I’m a bit lost on recipes or even how to incorporate it into my daily routine properly.. Is there a best way on how to use gond katira? Like, what’s the most effective method? Do I need to do it a certain way to actually get the health benefits? Should I be worried if I don't feel any difference after trying it for a week? Ugh.
