I am really concerned about my health lately. For the past few months, I’ve noticed that I’ve been gaining weight, even though I still try to eat healthy and stay active. I do remember a time when I was much more fit, but now I feel like I don’t even recognize my body anymore. I work a desk job and finding time for exercise is hard. Sometimes, after work, when I'm super tired, I end up snacking rather than going for a walk. Sometimes I think maybe I should just cut out carbs completely or join yet another gym, but will that really help in how to prevent obesity?
