I am feeling really stuck and don’t know what to do about my health. Over the last few months, I've been dealing with fatigue and this constant bloating that’s driving me insane! It all started after I went on this awful junk food binge during the holidays. I thought, "no big deal, the New Year will fix that," but here I am weeks later, just more tired and uncomfortable. A friend mentioned doing a cleanse, like a detox, and I was wondering what would be the best full body detox out there. I've read about juices and diets, but some just sound so extreme!!! I tried one that only had green juices for like two days and I nearly passed out at work! I can’t do that again. But I really want relief from this bloating and maybe boost my energy, too! Has anyone found a method that’s actually easy and helps? Like, what are the best full body detox options that won't leave me feeling like a zombie? Any tips from your experiences would be super helpful! I also keep hearing about how the right detox can help reset things, but is it all just hype? Any advice would be great! Thanks, everyone!
