I am really curious about whether does eating curd increase weight. I mean, I've been trying to lose a few pounds and always thought that curd was healthy, right? But then I was talking to a friend who said that even healthy foods can pack on the pounds if you eat too much. I usually have a bowl of curd every morning with my breakfast, and sometimes I add fruits or honey. I noticed my weight isn't really budging, and now I’m worried that maybe this whole curd thing could be sabotaging my efforts. I don't want to give it up because I like how it makes me feel full and it’s definitely better than high-calorie options. But honestly, does eating curd increase weight? I mean, I do watch my portions, but how much is too much when it comes to curd? Should I be concerned about the calories or fat in it, or is it really about what else I'm eating alongside it?
