I am trying to figure out what is brahmi because I've heard a lot about it from friends who swear by its benefits, but I’m kinda confused. A couple of weeks ago, I was feeling super stressed and my friend suggested I try brahmi to help with my focus and anxiety. At first, I was like, "What is brahmi?" but I decided to give it a shot. I went to a local herbal shop and found some capsules. I read that what is brahmi is supposed to improve memory and concentration. That sounded amazing because I’ve been struggling with studying for an important exam coming up. After taking the brahmi for about a week, I thought I noticed a slight improvement in my focus, but I also felt a bit jittery at times, which made me second guess if it was the brahmi or just my nerves. I have like 100 questions swirling in my head, lol. What is brahmi exactly? Are there any side effects? Is it really safe to take alongside other medications I’m on for anxiety?
