I am feeling a bit confused and honestly kinda desperate for answers. I've been hearing a lot about the raisins water benefits lately, and at first, I thought it was just another health trend, you know? But then my friend told me she used it to improve her digestion and energy levels. I mean, I’ve struggled with digestion issues for years and just can't seem to find what works for me.
