is homemade curd good for weight loss - #27959
I am trying to lose some weight and came across the idea that is homemade curd good for weight loss? I mean, I've always loved yogurt but never really thought about making my own. Last month, I started this little project where I make homemade curd every week, or at least I try to. My friends said it's super healthy and helps shed some pounds, but I’m a bit confused. Like, I’ve read that is homemade curd good for weight loss because it has probiotics and all that, but I don’t wanna assume just anything. Sometimes I mix it with fruits or honey, but all that sugar can’t be good, right? Also, I noticed when I eat store-bought yogurts, they sometimes have added stuff which can’t be that great for weight loss. I kinda love how creamy my homemade version is tho! Still wondering, is homemade curd good for weight loss if I really stick to just plain or maybe add a few berries? I feel like mixing everything is kinda more fun, but what if it defeats the purpose? A friend said too much dairy isn’t great either, so I’m all over the place! Should I keep eating the homemade curd in moderation, or what do you all think?
