I am super confused about something regarding curd. Was having it for breakfast every morning like it was the best thing ever until a friend told me about the disadvantages of eating curd in morning empty stomach. That totally threw me off. I mean, curd is supposed to be healthy, right? However, I’ve read that those disadvantages of eating curd in morning empty stomach could cause digestion issues or maybe that it can lead to excessive mucus production? Ugh, not what I was expecting. Lately, I’ve noticed I feel kinda bloated after breakfast, like right after I have my curd. Is that normal? My friend also said something about how many people are allergic to dairy and that could be behind these disadvantages of eating curd in morning empty stomach too? That freaked me out a bit because I always thought I was fine with dairy. Wondering if anyone else has thoughts or similar experiences? Maybe the disadvantages of eating curd in morning empty stomach aren't really valid, or should I be actually concerned? I just want to make sure I'm making the right choices for my health! 😅
