I am really confused about this whole drinking beetroot juice daily thing. Like, I've read a ton of stuff online saying that drinking beetroot juice daily is good for you, right? But then I also saw some other articles that make it sound like it could be bad if you have certain health issues. A few weeks ago, I started drinking beetroot juice every morning because I heard it can help lower blood pressure and boost energy. For a while, I felt more energetic, but then I noticed my stomach didn’t feel quite right, like I was bloated or something. And now I’m starting to wonder if drinking beetroot juice daily is actually bad for me? I mean, I don't have any major health issues, just the usual stress and maybe slightly elevated blood pressure. My friend said she loves it but she doesn’t really drink it daily, more like a couple of times a week. Should I be concerned? Like, is there a point where drinking beetroot juice daily is too much? Anyone else experienced this bloating? I’m a little worried because I honestly thought this would be a super healthy addition to my diet. Should I keep going with the juice or does it mean I have to cut back? What do you all think?
