abc juice when to drink - #27323
I am really trying to figure out when to drink abc juice cause I keep hearing about all the health benefits and stuff, but like, I’m confused. Last week, I noticed I’ve been feeling a bit run down, maybe from stress or my late-night snacking habits? Anyway, a friend suggested I try abc juice for detox and energy. Did some googling, and different sources say different things about when I should drink it. Should I drink abc juice in the morning on an empty stomach, or is it better after a meal? One morning, I tried it before breakfast, and honestly, I felt kinda weird – like a bit nauseous? It’s hard to tell if that was the juice or just my stomach being funny. Then another day, I had it after lunch, and while I didn’t feel sick, I didn’t notice a huge difference in my energy levels or digestion either. Ugh, this is so frustrating! I just want to know the best time for abc juice when to drink it, like, is there a “right” time? Or could it be that I’m just not giving my body enough time to adjust? Gah! Would love any advice on this!

Doctors' responses
Drinking ABC juice (often a blend of apple, beetroot and carrot) can certainly be beneficial nutrition-wise, especially if it aligns with your dietary needs and preferences. While there is no “one-size-fits-all” answer, many find that drinking it on an empty stomach in the morning is most effective for absorbing nutrients. This is partly because your digestive system is most ready to digest and take in nutrients after fasting overnight. However, some people, like you, might experience discomfort or nausea from the concentrated acids and fibers on an empty stomach. If that happens, it’s perfectly fine to have it after meals. This can also help with better digestion of other foods and may prevent any initial discomfort. The key is to find a routine that works best for your body and daily schedule. Also, noticeable benefits like increased energy might not be immediate as your body may need time to adapt to new dietary inclusions. Consider starting with smaller amounts of juice and gradually increase until it’s comfortable. Remember, if you have conditions that are sensitive to sugar intake like diabetes, or other specific health concerns, it’s always a good idea to consult a healthcare provider. Keep hydrating well, and focus on overall balanced eating to combat your run-down feeling. Although ABC juice is often marketed for detox and energy, overall lifestyle adjustments, like reducing stress, getting proper sleep, and maintaining a well-rounded diet, play a significant role in how you feel day to day.
