I am trying to figure out if roasted chana actually increases weight or if it’s just a myth. A couple weeks ago, I started snacking on roasted chana because I heard they’re healthy, high in protein, and a great alternative to chips. But then, my friend mentioned something about how too much can actually lead to weight gain. Now I'm super confused! Like, I eat a small bowl everyday while watching TV, sometimes more if I’m hungry – but does roasted chana increase weight? I mean, I know they're a good source of fiber, and I've read a lot about their health benefits, but is there a limit? Someone said that while they can be healthy, the calorie count can sneak up on you if you don’t watch how much you eat. Also, I've noticed my weight has been kinda fluctuating lately. Not sure if it’s the chana or just life in general?! I feel lost. How much roasted chana is too much? Does roasted chana increase weight significantly, or can I keep munching without worrying too much about my waistline? Thanks for any insight here!
