raisin water meaning - #27652
I am kinda confused about this whole raisin water meaning thing. A friend told me that if you soak raisins in water overnight and then drink it, it's supposed to be super healthy. Like, my digestion has been all over the place lately, and I'm willing to try anything. Last week I had this awful bloating after dinner, and I felt sluggish, ugh! So, naturally, I was like, “what’s raisin water?” I found out the raisin water meaning relates to detox or something, but I can't help but wonder what the actual benefits are. Is this just another health craze, or does it really work? I also heard it’s good for your liver?? I mean, how does a bunch of wrinkled grapes turn into something beneficial like that? Can anyone explain the raisin water meaning further? I just want to know if this is worth the hassle or if I’m being duped. Also, how often should I be drinking it to see results? My gut needs some love. The whole grape-to-water thing seems odd, like do I need to use specific type of raisins or what? Help me figure this out!
