I am not sure what's going on with my health lately, and I keep hearing that is lime water good for health? I mean, my friend swears by it and says it helped her with her digestion and skin, but I feel kinda skeptical. A few weeks ago, I started noticing that I’ve been feeling more sluggish, and after a couple of times of poorly eating fast food, I thought maybe trying lime water could help flush things out. I’ve been squeezing some lime into my water in the mornings, but honestly, I'm not sure if I feel any different. Also, I've read that alkaline water is good too, or is that just a fad? I tried some lime water after workouts thinking it would hydrate me better or something, but I don't know if that’s just wishful thinking, tbh. Do any of you think is lime water good for health? Like, really, what benefits should I expect, if any? And should I be cautious about anything? I'm cautious about overdoing it with citric fruits since I already have a little acid reflux. Any insight or actual advice would be super helpful!
