does curd help in weight gain - #27708
I am kind of confused about this whole thing with curd and weight gain. I've been trying to gain a bit of weight because I've been super skinny my whole life, and my friends keep telling me that eating curd can really help. Like, I eat a lot of curd, actually, probably more than most people. I usually have it with breakfast or as a snack, and sometimes in smoothies. Last week, I asked my doctor if does curd help in weight gain and he said it might be good for me, but he didn't go into detail. I'm wondering if there’s any real evidence, ya know? I really enjoy curd, it's easy to add to my meals, but I read some stuff online saying that it could maybe help digestion more than actually putting on weight. But I'm just not sure. Does curd help in weight gain or is it more complex than that? I mean, I love the taste and everything, but am I wasting my time or something? I really wanna know if there's a better way to gain weight, or if I should be eating curd differently. Any thoughts? Just feel a bit lost with it all!
