does curd help in weight loss - #27764
I am struggling with my weight lately and keep hearing people say that curd helps in weight loss. I love curd, like, I could eat it with just about everything, but I'm unsure if it actually helps or if it’s just another food that people say is "healthy" without real proof. I started incorporating curd into my meals in hopes of shedding some pounds after my doctor advised me to eat healthier. However, I've been stuck at the same weight for months now! Sometimes I snack on curd thinking it’s a good alternative, but then, I’m not sure if the calories count as much as the benefits. I read somewhere that curd can aid digestion and boost metabolism, which also sounds good for weight loss, but what if I’m just fooling myself? What do you all think? Does curd help in weight loss like people say? I'm really worried if I'm doing it right or just wasting time on something that won't help me, you know? Plus, should I be eating it every day or are there limits? Any specific types of curd or ways to prepare it that might be more effective? I could really use some clarity on this!
