curd will increase weight - #27853
I am really confused about something and need some help. A few months ago, I started a healthy eating plan, and I cut out a lot of stuff, focusing on things I thought were good for me. One thing I included a lot of was curd because I heard it's great for digestion and all. But, I've recently read that curd will increase weight and that’s seriously worrying me! I mean, I’ve been having it almost daily, especially in smoothies or just plain with fruits. I thought it was a good source of protein and calcium, but now I’m hearing that curd will increase weight if you eat too much of it. I was under the impression that it’s low-calorie, but my jeans feel tighter and I don't know if it could be because of all the curd I’ve consumed. Can someone please explain how curd will increase weight? Like, does it really add calories over time or something? I mean, I really don’t want to ditch it completely but what if it’s gonna mess up all my hard work? Is there a limit on how much curd I should eat, or could I still enjoy it without worry? Ugh, this is so frustrating!
