I am really confused and kinda worried about what I've been experiencing after trying beetroot malt. Last week I decided to give it a go because I heard all these great things about how it can boost energy and help with workouts. The first few days were fine, but then I started feeling some weird stuff. Like my stomach has been all over the place — bloating, cramps, and honestly, sometimes it’s just like too much to handle. I read a bit online and saw some notes about beetroot malt side effects but didn’t think it would happen to me! I even had a little taste of a different brand, thinking maybe the quality was off, but nope, similar issues. Also, I felt kinda dizzy after some workouts, which is bizarre since I usually don't have that. Has anyone else dealt with beetroot malt side effects? I kinda don’t wanna stop using it because the energy boost is real when it works, but the stomach issues are not something I wanna live with. Is it a common thing to have beetroot malt side effects like this? Should I just cut it out completely or try something else? Any advice would be appreciated!!!
