can we drink raisins soaked water - #28037
I am confused about this whole "can we drink raisins soaked water" thing. Last week, a friend mentioned it helps with digestion or something. I mean, I love raisins, but drinking the water sounds odd. Anyway, I decided to try it. I soaked some raisins overnight and then the water turned this weird color. Should it look like that? I poured the water into a glass and it smelled kinda sweet. Is that normal? Really curious if "can we drink raisins soaked water" is actually good for us. I tend to have a pretty sensitive stomach, and I've had some issues lately, like bloating and, ugh, you know, not feeling super great after meals. If it's something good, I’d like to know if I should be drinking it daily or just once in a while. Also, like, what are the benefits exactly? Does it do anything special, or is it more like just another fad? I’ve read mixed stuff online – some say it's beneficial, some say it isn’t. If anyone knows if "can we drink raisins soaked water" is truly healthy, please let me know. I’m trying to be more mindful about what I consume, but this feels like a bit of a gamble.
