drinking raisin water empty stomach - #28043

Kiaan

I am feeling kinda confused about this whole drinking raisin water empty stomach thing. I read somewhere that it's supposed to be super good for detoxing and all that, but I'm not sure if that's really true. Like, a week ago, my friend mentioned how she starts her day with this drink made from soaking raisins in water overnight and then drinking it first thing in the morning. She swears by it for energy and everything but I want to know if drinking raisin water empty stomach is actually good for you or just another health trend. I tried it for a couple of days, right? My stomach felt a bit weird initially but I thought maybe it’s just my body adjusting? I've also had issues with digestion lately, like bloating and such, and I’m trying to figure out if drinking raisin water empty stomach could help, or if it’s causing more harm than good? I noticed that it has some natural sugars in it, and I really don’t want it messing with my blood sugar or anything. My mom always said too much sweetness ain't good, ya know? Has anyone else had experiences with this drinking raisin water empty stomach routine? Any thoughts on whether it really makes a difference in how I feel throughout the day? Am I missing something important here?
