I am really curious about the benefit of eating guava, and I've been reading all these articles, but it’s a bit overwhelming. A few weeks ago, I started feeling really sluggish and had some weird stomach issues. Anyway, I decided to give it a shot — added guava to my breakfast, and honestly, it was kinda nice, but now I'm wondering if just munching on a few pieces here and there is enough to really see any benefit of eating guava. Like, do I need to eat it daily, or is it cool if I just have it occasionally? Also, I heard it can help with weight loss but I’m not sure what the deal is with that.
