Nizoral	 for Skin application
Terbinafine	250 mg twice a day for 5 days ( oral)
Montair lc once a day for 2 days
in addition
Apply lulliconazole or fusidic acid topical application twice a day for 5 days
Prevent moisture contamination
Dry the involved organ
Use lukewarm water for cleaning
In case of no improvement consult general physician (medicine) for better clarity
