Aap jo symptoms describe kar rahe hain—frenulum me cut aur tightness ki wajah se pain—yeh ho sakta hai frenulum breve ya phimosis ka case ho. Sabse pehle toh, agar aapko dard aur discomfort jyada hai, toh topical antibacterial ointment (jaise ki Neosporin) lagane ki soch sakte hain, taki infection ka risk kam ho. Isse regularly lagate rahiye agar koi khula hua cut hai. Agar cut thik ho gaya hai, lekin tightness ab bhi hai, toh gentle stretching exercises hain jo aap ghar pe kar sakte hain. Bas itna dhyan rahe ki stretching karte waqt aapko pain na ho, bas slight discomfort tak jaayein. Yeh exercises foreskin aur frenulum ko dheere-dheere stretch karke flexible karne me madad karte hain. Aapko 4-6 weeks tak din me 5-10 minutes stretch karna pad sakta hai. Kuch test likh raha hun isko karwayo tabhi pata lagega kya problem hai aur inko share karo urologist ke saath

Otherwise topical medication laga saktey hain
Petroleum jelly twice daily
Aquaphor topical application twice a day for 1 month
Clobetasol 0.5 percent topical application for 5 days
