I am really worried about my liver health lately. I've been feeling kind of sluggish, and my doctor mentioned I should do some sort of detox to help my liver out. I read a bit about how certain fruits for liver detox can be beneficial, but there’s just sooo much info online, it’s hard to know what’s true. Like, people say grapes are awesome for the liver because of something called resveratrol, but are they the best option? And what about oranges and lemons? I thought they were great for detoxing because of the vitamin C, but the more I read, the more confused I get. Plus, I love eating apples, which I heard are good too! I've also been drinking more water and trying to avoid fried and processed foods, but I feel like I'm missing something crucial. Are there specific fruits for liver detox that I should be focusing on or avoid? Is it really that simple, or do I need to make big changes to my diet? Just want to feel like my old self again!
