I am really lost and need some help here! Last month, I started feeling sluggish and just not like myself. I read all this stuff online and now I'm spiraling into "how can I detox my body?" I mean, I've heard friends say they did cleanses, but I’ve never done anything like that before. My diet isn't the best—too many quick meals and way too much coffee lately. I've got this weird breakouts on my skin too, which is super frustrating. My friend told me that maybe I need to clean out my system? Idk, I’m just feeling overwhelmed. I tried drinking more water and eating fruits, but sometimes I just crave junk food. So I'm wondering, how can I detox my body safely? Are there diets or specific drinks I should try? I did some detox tea last week but honestly, worried it might just be a gimmick. I just want to feel more energized and healthier in general. How can I detox my body without spending a fortune or doing something crazy? Any simple tips would be amazing!
