I am really worried about my health right now. For the past few months, I’ve been feeling sluggish, and I keep wondering if it has something to do with my diet. I mean, I’ve heard a lot about foods that cleanse the liver and kidneys but I honestly don’t know where to start. A few weeks ago, I even had this weird pain in my side that sent me to the doc, and they suggested I look into my diet. Like, should I be eating more greens or something? And what about those detox juices? Do they even work, or is it all just a gimmick? I tried googling “foods that cleanse the liver and kidneys,” and I got bombarded with lists of stuff that seems overwhelming. Are there specific foods that are really helpful, or is it more about avoiding bad stuff? Sometimes I think maybe I should just be eating more whole foods, but then I get lost in what to prioritize. Can someone please share actual foods that cleanse the liver and kidneys that I could just incorporate into my meals? I feel like if I start making small changes, it might help me feel better.
