I am really confused about something and hoping to get some clarity from you all. I have read that is flax seeds good for hair and I’ve been thinking about trying it out! A friend of mine swears by this, saying it's changed her hair game completely. But I'm not sure – like, I started noticing my hair falling out more than usual, especially after I went through a stressful time last year, and I've been trying to find natural ways to fix it. I mean, I eat pretty healthy, but was wondering if adding is flax seeds good for hair would actually help. I've tried other things like oils and shampoos, but nothing seems to work long term. The other day, I read somewhere online that is flax seeds good for hair because of the omega-3s and all those nutrients in them. That really got me thinking! If I add them to my diet, how should I prepare them though? Do I need to grind them? And is there a specific amount I should be taking or anything?
