I am really trying to figure out what are the benefits of amla because my mom’s been going on about it lately, like it’s the miraculous fruit or something! Just last week, she insisted I start taking amla powder every morning, even though I’m not the biggest fan of tart flavors. Anyway, I guess I should also mention, since I started this amla thing, I’ve been feeling kinda different, not sure if it’s in my head or what. Like, I thought I noticed my digestion was better? I do feel a bit more energetic, which may just be the placebo effect or whatever, but I can’t help but want to know what are the benefits of amla beyond just that. A friend of mine said it’s great for skin health, but I haven’t really noticed any change in that area yet, and I’m wondering if there’s like a timeframe for experiencing these benefits. Also, do the benefits of amla really outweigh the sourness? Ugh, I don’t know if I can keep stomaching the taste every day! I mean, what are the benefits of amla? Like, are they proven, or is it just another health fad? Really hoping for some clarity on this!
